Finally I am through !

Got admit from Rotterdam School of Management ! Bingo ! A sense of relief ..pheewww
I had the feeling even before knowing the result that I will get through. Before the interview, some auspicious things happened and I felt like I am already selected for the college and the upcoming interview is just formality.
The interview lasted for around 45 minutes and believe me, it was one of the best I have ever seen. I have been to IIM interviews and participated in 'gladiator fights' during GD and even faced smirking professors during interviews who loved to grill poor candidates. On the other hand, RSM interview was not only about your achievements but also about the person you are.
Here, I saw the big difference between desi and european MBA selection process. Desi colleges emphasize on becoming a leader...a ruthless one but the european ones also want you to be a better person. The point is not only about becoming leader, its also about making the right person leader. I know that not everyone agrees with me but what the heck... its my blog and its my thought...among thousand thoughts of mine....
